		Elks (va14) As one of the longest sponsored Little League teams in Charlottesville, Virginia, the Elks have a reputation for being tough competitors. Since 1990, the Elks have been managed by Chris Miller. Under Coach Miller, the Elks continue to demonstrate a fierce determination to win, ending the 2003 season with another City Championship.
